Return & Refund Policy

At Farfhe, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use.

  • Toys that have been opened, assembled, or used.

  • Products with missing tags, accessories, or original packaging.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

  • Gift cards.

3. Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong shoe size, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

The item must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be in its original box and packaging.

  • Show no signs of wear or damage.

Customers may be responsible for shipping charges related to size exchanges unless the mistake was made by Farfhe.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we'll contact you to arrange the refund through a mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Our mistake,

  • A damaged item, or

  • An incorrect product,

Farfhe will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return if the item meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
