Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

If your area is serviced by our courier partners, we'll deliver directly to your doorstep.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, it will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

If our courier cannot reach you after multiple delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in eligible areas across Pakistan.

Please have the exact payment amount ready when your order arrives.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take photos before opening it and contact us as soon as possible. We'll investigate the issue and help resolve it.

Farfhe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
